Members Survey
The Community Health Nurses’ Association of Canada (CHNAC) is the national association representing community health nurses. The Political Action and Advocacy Committee is a standing committee of CHNAC. This committee is conducting an environmental scan to help CHNAC identify and respond to critical and emerging issues in community health nursing. As a community health nurse we would like to invite you to contribute to this environmental scan by completing the attached survey.
The survey has been organized around five identified ‘sub-environments’ (i.e., macro, association, operating, professional, and member environments). You will find a short description of each sub-environment to assist in your understanding and completion of the survey.
Your assistance in completing this survey will provide critical information to CHNAC about the multiple, complex, and interacting environments that influence your practice, specifically, and community health nursing, generally. It will inform the activities of the association to manage change and inform strategic planning.
This survey should take you 30 to 45 minutes to complete.
